Petrol price likely to drop in UAE for June 2024

Petrol price in the UAE is expected to decline for June 2024 as global oil prices were mostly lower in May than in the previous month.

In the UAE, the Fuel Price Committee reviews retail petrol prices on the last day of each month for the coming month to bring the prices in line with global crude prices as part of the deregulation policy.

Petrol and diesel prices are expected to drop from June 1

Gasoline prices rose for the fourth consecutive month in May as geopolitical tensions in the Middle East pushed up global prices. In May, the Super 98 was sold at Dh3.34 per litre, the Special 95 at Dh3.22 per liter and the E Plus at Dh3.15 per litre.
