Petrol and diesel prices are expected to drop from June 1

Suppression of inflation is good news for the people. Petrol and diesel prices likely to decrease again in Pakistan from June 1, 2024, oil prices in the global market fell to a 4-month low.

Petrol price is expected to decrease by Rs 4 per liter from 1st June 2024. While the price of diesel is expected to decrease by 3 rupee 50 paise. It is too early to say anything about the prices and OGRA will work on the prices of petroleum products on May 31.

It should be remembered that the government announced a major reduction in the prices of petroleum products on May 15, announcing a reduction in the price of petrol by Rs 15.39 and diesel price by Rs 7.88 per liter.

Earlier on April 30, the government had announced a reduction in petrol price by Rs 5.45 per liter and diesel price by Rs 8.42 per litre.
